24-hour Tour Support

All our tour leaders are provided with emergency contact details (incl. local representatives) who can assist you at any time during your holiday.

If individual travellers are unable to resolve any issues directly with transport carrier or hotel, please contact our local representatives, London office or use the emergency contact information supplied with your travel documents.

Insurance

Our comprehensive Tour Operators/Travel Agents Liability policy indemnifies us in respect of legal liability arising from our business as a tour operator &/or travel agent. This includes liability as an Organiser as defined in the Package Travel, Package Tours and Package Holidays Regulations 1992.

As a member of the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA), we are able to introduce you to ABTASure, the only travel insurance recommended by ABTA. Financial Protection

The package holidays and flights we offer are ATOL protected, except when tickets for scheduled flights are sent to you within 24 hours of payment being accepted, or where your payment is made direct to airlines.
