Covid-19 Update

Specialised Travel has of course been heavily impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Many upcoming tour operations have been cancelled or are now being postponed until later in 2021 or 2022.

All of our departments are functioning, but with staff on flexible furlough and working from home.

We ask for your patience in trying to reach them and would encourage you to email rather than call where possible – this could result in a faster response –

and we apologise sincerely for any inconvenience.

We contributed to the petition to HM Government concerning the additional bureaucracy that professional performers touring to the EU now face as a result of the Brexit agreement. We hope that DCMS will urgently try to negotiate new agreements to remove the need for, or reduce the costs of, work permits and ATA carnets for instrument transportation.

I know we are all looking forward with eager anticipation to the re-start of live music making and hope you and

yours are managing to remain fit and healthy through these extraordinary times.
